The rates are on F. O. R. basis subject to order value of Rs. 10,000.00 otherwise actual packing, forwarding and freight shall be charged extra. For all shipments in dry ice, minimum packing /courier charges of Rs. 1000/- per shipment shall be charged extra. |

| Taxes |

All taxes and other Govt. levies as applicable at the time of supply shall be charged extra. |

| Supplies |
| |
The supplies shall be made directly by us or through our authorised distributor/ dealer in your area. |

| Validity |
| |
This price-list is valid till March 31st, 2010. The rates can be increased anytime without giving any notice. |

| Terms |

All disputes are subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction only. |
